Our basic package includes the following proactive Health Checks for just £20 per server per month*:

• AV Pattern File Check - to ensure that they’re right up-to-date.
• Disk Space Change Check - to spot problems with disk consumption.
• Backup Success Check - so you’re alerted to faults.
• Exchange Store Size Check - to check the size of multiple information stores.
• RAID Array Checks (SNMP Checks) – alerts of failures in hard drives.
• Client Daily Report – confidence report (as below) delivered to your inbox or PDA.

Workstation Monitoring and Asset Tracking are also available with RSM.

In addition to the above, for just a few more pounds, we offer many other health checks such as:

• Microsoft Patch Management with WSUS - to get alerted when critical updates haven’t been installed on computers.
• Hacker Alert - to spot problems with unauthorised logins.
• File Size Check - to monitor the size of files or directories.
• Web Page Check – ensures web sites are working properly.
