With remote support from Ranmor it's even easier to identify and fix your computer problems. Using a secure link and special software, our engineers can connect to your computer and fix most problems remotely, almost as if they were sitting in front of your computer themselves.

Additional Instructions

When you activate remote support, you will need to download a small piece of software and run it on your PC. Depending on the web browser you use, you will see a message box something like the following:

In Internet Explorer:

Click Run to continue with the download. You may also be presented with the following dialog box once the software has finished downloading:

Click Run again to start the software and begin your remote support session. A new window will pop up which will connect to our system. Please wait for a technician to answer your request. The support window looks like this:

In Mozilla Firefox:

In Firefox the software download message will look something like this:
